Our Konoba Martin is run by a family team supported by a few loyal employees. We strive for harmony and active involvement in everything we do, especially during the summer months when we give it our all. We operate primarily on a "do-it-yourself" basis, handling all aspects of restaurant maintenance ourselves—from construction work and sourcing supplies to cleaning and washing equipment—thereby maintaining control over daily tasks and always planning ahead. We are always at our guests' disposal, whether they have questions about the food or need other information. We believe that every satisfied guest who leaves represents a major plus, a step forward, and progress toward our goal: becoming a standout restaurant in beautiful Rovinj—a place where guests are happy to return, confident in the quality they will find.
